Replika installs India’s first VarioPrint i300 from Canon

Sonipat, Haryana-based Replika Press has installed VarioPrint i300, a B3 sheetfed inkjet colour digital printer from Canon, thus becoming the first Indian company to invest in the machine, which offers inkjet technology solution in book printing.

Canon VarioPrint i300 is capable of printing full-colour B3 size sheets with near-offset quality on both uncoated and offset coated papers. With this, a printer can increase productivity by printing more than four to six million A4 images in a month and witness uptime of more than 90%. Its unique aqueous-based inks produce sharp and vivid print quality, which surpasses any other inkjet system in this space.
