Women To Watch Awards show on 30 June

The Award ceremony of the first edition of Women to Watch Awards 2023 will be hosted online on 30 June at 3:55 pm. On 28 April jury examined 70 entries across categories such as educator of the year, business leader of the year, factory champion of the year, R&D captain, rising star of the year, fintech leader, designer of the year, mentor of the year, sales champion of the year, young business leader, packaging person of the year and publishing person of the year.

Naheed Sorabjee, director at Haymarket SAC Publishing, who is the chairperson of the Awards said, “The Women to Watch Awards seeks to honour the women who lead and inspire excellence in the printing and packaging sectors. These WTW Awards reflect PrintWeek’s commitment to promoting gender equality in the industry.”

Aashika Sadh, founder of #Ashtag said, “The best part about being a woman is, one empowered woman will definitely influence many more.”

Benita Paul, head of marketing - Asia at Siegwerk, said, “There should be more meetings and forums like these to encourage women to participate and spur gender equality."

Shormistha Mukherjee, director of Flying Cursor Interactive, said, “Women don’t want a different table, we want a seat at the table."

As Bhavika Shah, founder and creative director of Beyondesign, who is part of an all women team at Beyondesign said that the all-women jury for the Women to Watch Awards 2023 was one the best she has been a part of.
