Subhash Chander awarded MPLA lifetime achievement award
Subhash Chander, the former president of All India Federation of Master Printers (AIFMP) was felicitated with Lifetime Achievement Award during 69th AGM of the Madras Printers & Lithographers Association (MPLA) for his services to the printing industry.

The event took place recently at Hotel Sawera, Chennai, in the presence of 42 district associates of South India, including Tamil Nadu Master Printers Federation (TMPF).
Popularly known as ‘Subhash ji’, Chander is just like a father figure for the printing industry. A true believer in networking and fond of AIFMP affairs, Chander is a mentor and a life member of Greater Delhi Master Printers Association (GDMPA).
Born in a family of freedom fighters, Chander is a man of drive and initiative. He was also the president of Delhi Printers Association (DPA) for four years.
He remains on the forefront of various activities connected to the development of the printing industry and welfare of the printing fraternity. He played a leading role in organising and managing the DPA Technical Training Centre. It was due to his tireless efforts that the 20% safeguard duty on paper was abolished by the government.
