PrintPack 2022: SASG runs Dripmaster demo

Launched in April 2022, the Dripmaster can be used for various coating applications.

Anil Saini, managing director, SASG UV Solutions, said, “The Dripmaster is a single machine for doing different coating jobs, such as hybrid, flood coatings, water-based coating, UV coatings, HSL, and others. In short, it’s a multipurpose machine that covers all aspects of coating and curing.”

The first Dripmaster machine in India has been installed at Shree Navneet Paper Agency in Indore.

“The Dripmaster can handle not just various coatings, such as water-based and UV-based, it also offers minimum change overtime. The machine is also easy to maintain and operator-friendly,” Saini added. “The Dripmaster can be synchronised with any offset press. It is a completely safe machine. It helps automise the coating application.”

Saini said customers prefer the company’s products because of the machine’s build-up quality and the timely delivery of the product. The company’s client list includes Concord Printing, Vadodara; Shri Jain Printers; Aman Print and Plast, Vasai, Chemzin, Baddi; Pack It, Indore and Navneet Paper Agency, Indore.

“SASG is known for its services and quality products. It’s our policy and strategy,” Saini added.

In a recent development, SASG has started manufacturing the chilling plant for various industries, such as packaging, plastic, beverages and others.
