Drupa 2024: SASG UV Solutions to display LED UV curing system
SASG UV Solutions will display its LED UV curing system in Drupa 2024, to be held in Dusseldorf, Germany from 28 May to 7 June.

Launched in 2019, this is a retrofit LED UV curing system which can be installed in offset, rotogravure, or flexo machines for drying inks and coating.
The machine will be on display at the show, but there will not be any demonstrations.
Anil Saini of SASG UV Solutions said, “HPE Introduced our LED UV System in the market after we researched the UV LED technology for a long time. HPE LED UV System can use an intelligent UV power supply to drive a normal UV lamp (high-voltage lamp) and also drive the LED UV hood by changing the software. This system will distribute the same current to each LED chip, so the dedication of each LED will be the same.”
He added that the system can be installed on any press within a short span of time. This system is user-friendly and one can run the machine on 10,000 sheets per hour for drying the inks.
The company has installed 400 LED systems all over the world.
At Drupa 2024, SASG UV Solutions will also display the EPS system, UV interdeck, anilox coater, UV lamps and accessories.
