Dada Ghadge of Aaple Jet said, “Our new DTG kit is equipped with a control panel that enables continuous printing. The panel also controls the white ink stirring and circulation speed. This circulation system eliminates the challenges in printing on dark garments as it prevents ink precipitation and reduces ink wastage.”

The machine boasts of a maximum speed of 80 pieces per hour on light colour garments and 40 pieces per hour on dark colour garments. It is equipped with EP 4720 printheads, which enable printing of white and other colours at the same time. The printheads provide a delivery speed of 30 sqm per hour with a single head.

“The machine comprises an infrared sensor, which can accurately measure whether the height of the printing platform is exceeding the mentioned standard, and automatically adjusts it,” added Ghadge. The machine has a maximum print width of 400x500 mm and offers a resolution of 600dpi in a single pass.

In addition, the machine is equipped with a colour operation screen and a print preview function, which confirms the data to be printed beforehand
