Why a demo centre?
We started the demo/R&D/training centre many years ago, to develop local media for our equipment, creating applications, testing products, equipment, inks, etc for the Indian environment. This also helps us to support the brand campaigns and in turn helps create business for our customers and setting benchmarks on colour gamut, performance.

Machines on the floor
We have various systems, EFI-Vutek LED roll to roll UV, EFI-Vutek LED Hybrids, ceramic glass printers, ceramic tile printer, Oki toner printers, Seiko-Oki-M64 High speed eco-solvent, Vutek solvent printers, various textile printers, heat presses, pre-press with various colour management and automatic profiling equipment, flatbed UV printers, thermoforming equipment along with Efi-printer with matching thermoforming inks, various textile padding, steaming, washing and heat transfer equipment, along with spray coating booths for testing various UV and IR curable coatings.
We have various digital finishing equipment for labels, decals and wallpapers etc, like Fotoba and narrow-format digital die-cutting.
We also have the Gerber Saber router, and of course the best in thermal transfer printing and cutting equipment for industrial labels and decals, used in oil rigs, aircraft interiors and various applications; now various applications/equipment for packaging and building materials.

How is it done?
Normally based on the need and the segment customer would like to have a hands-on experience with their materials and files and we show the workflow and also printing on various equipment to give them a live experience of what they can expect from our products; which they can show their customers and get an ROI in mind before they take the next step.

Visitors
Over the years, hundreds of serious customers. But this is not just for customers, it is also for vendors trying to develop media for our equipment, brand managers and teams, that need to develop secret pan India campaigns, operators, and at times even competitors. This is because we have an open and transparent view to developing the markets in India.

What’s special?
This is a constant.... if anyone is investing heavily in this it is always Arrow. We have operator training classes and also applications training classes as there is a constant need to do this to make the printer more independent and open up their minds to the versatility of our equipment and media.
