AVPS Chakravarthi bags packaging leadership honour
Ecobliss India’s AVPS Chakravarthi was conferred as the Most Influential Leader in Packaging Industry at the National Congress and Awards for Sustainable Exports and Packaging, held at The Taj Lands in Mumbai.

Chakrvarthi is the global ambassador of the 51-year World Packaging Organisation, and the president of INBA H, an Indo Netherlands Business Association. He is also an advisor for Pharmexcil, the Pharmaceutical Export Council of India.
AVPS Chakravarthi, CEO and MD, Ecobliss India, said, “I am just a person who is passionate towards packaging and this helps me maintain a better quality of life, through developing better packaging for people. This is WPO’s global mission.”
In his previous stints, Chakravarthi has served as the chairman of Indian Institute of Packaging, Hyderabad, a local chapter national apex body set up by the packaging and allied industries and the ministry of commerce, government of India.
“Appropriate packaging facilitates, availability of hygienic goods and preventing them from getting damaged throughout the value chain is vital. Packaging with adequate design reduces the environmental impact of good, up to a large extent. Proper awareness regarding packaging and education is the need of the hour and I try to do my bit”, he added.
