The core ideology behind the inception of Orianaa was to be a convenience-centric printing hub executing almost every decorative label that brands my client’s product, including IML, HTL, BOPP wraparounds, stretch labels, shrink sleeves and sticker labels.

Also, we have brought in spot matte-gloss combination for the first time in India on a rotogravure press, achieved pearlescent effect followed by the use of metallic inks to attain metallic effect for the branding of aerosol cans using shrink wraps and producing foil-like metallic effect for the first time on a rotogravure press in India using Eckart silver with reverse printing.

We have been given a green building rating of platinum class with 82 points. We follow a wide range of sustainable practices at our premises, which houses a 25,000-sqft green patch.

Define a modern press 
We truly believe that European technology in narrow web flexographic presses is unparalleled. Our 10-colour Omet is equipped with a special attachment on the cold foil unit which enables us to reduce wastage of foil during printing of sticker labels as we can use customisable sizes of different coils at the same time.

Industry innovations in 2030 
From a printer’s perspective, availability of high-end technology like hybrid/ combi presses will be made more feasible for upcoming generation of printers. From the sustainability point of view, we are hoping for a sustainable yet cost-effective alternative to PVC.
