Ecobliss wins International Packaging Excellence award

Packaging major Ecobliss India has won the ‘Worldstar’, the International Packaging Excellence Award for the fifth consecutive time at the recently concluded International Packaging Conference held at Budapest, Hungary., Business

“We believe packaging is the way to the consumers’ heart and we are proud of the work that we put into every job of ours. Nearly 70 percent of all purchase decisions are made at the shelf or point of purchase. Nearly half of all packaged goods are sold without any additional marketing support,” said, Chakravarthi AVPS, managing director of Ecobliss India.
 
Hyderabad-based company won the award for a packaged produced for an automotive supplier company in France. The pack is a combination of printed paper board and a plastic blister. The complex design of the blisters to match the contours of various automotive bulbs was done by V Suresh Kumar, a packaging design expert.

WorldStar are presented only to those packages that has already achieved recognition in a national competition.

Sharing his views on future trends in packaging, Chakravarthi said, “Packaging no longer is just means to contain the product with nice graphic designs and show of hues and printing techniques. It will be more interactive and serves as multi utility product.”

Ecobliss also has the rare distinction of being the only company in both Telangana and Andhra Pradesh states to win it fifth time in row.
