The countdown to Pamex begins

The four-day exhibition on printing and allied machinery industries will kick-start on Monday, 18 December 2017.

The All India Federation of Master Printers (AIFMP) organised road shows in 50 grassroots towns in Maharashtra, Gujarat, Telangana, Andhra, Kerala, Tamil Nadu, Karnataka and Uttar Pradesh to promote its flagship event Pamex 2017.

At the event, Canon India will be showcasing its ImagePress C8000VP Series which is a 80ppm press and irrespective of the media weight of up to 350gsm will print at the same speed. Fujifilm will be highlighting its capabilities in offset, digital and wide-format. Fujifilm’s most popular JetPress 720S makes it India debut. Monotech will demonstrate the Scodix Ultra Pro with Foil’s capabilities, running the machine in a live presentation.

In labels, Vinsak will run the run live demos of its USAR, a slitter-rewinder with 100% inspection system and inkjet system for VDP and Standard Printers Providers will represent Japanese label manufacturer Taiyo Kikai STF label press which comes in 13-inch and 18-inch format and is available from six-colour to 12-colour configurations with servo control, cold foil, rotary screen and other automation features.

 “With the Indian printing industry becoming bigger with every passing year, we have more foreign companies looking to expand their interests in India. Pamex 2017 promises to showcase the very best the printing industry has to offer,” said Tushar Dhote, chairman of Pamex.

Organised by AIFMP, Pamex 2017 is scheduled from 18-21 December 2017 at Bombay Exhibition Centre, Mumbai and has a tie-up with KVN Media, a Chinese company who are the co-organisers of ‘All In Print’, China.
