SVG Print 'N' Pack unpacks new print prowess with Canon

Bengaluru-based SVG Print ‘N’ Pack has recently bolstered its digital printing prowess with the adoption of a new Canon ImagePress V700.

Since its establishment in 2008, SVG Print ‘N’ Pack has been catering prints of all sorts for customers of all kinds. “We work for customers from all market segments, providing them whatever they require in a very satisfactory manner. Either business cards or giant billboards, we are set to fulfil every bit of demand from our customers,” said Umesh Kumar, director of SVG Print ‘N’ Pack. 

According to Kumar, machine portfolio at SVG Print ‘N’ Pack’s production set up is never remained stagnant because of the reason that they constantly upgrade it to engage in the production of improved graphic prints following the changing demands from their clients. “The latest upgrade happens to be our recent installation of the iPR V700, a compact digital colour production press,” he added.

He continued, “Addition of the new iPR V700 has brought a new prowess into our digital printing. This compact Canon digital press is built with highly advanced features and capabilities that eventually redefine the overall print quality and productivity, boosting everything to a new elevation. We feel privileged to have such an ideal digital production press in our facility.”

Certainly, iPR V700 is characterised by its capability to deliver quality graphic prints on varieties of thin and thick media ranging from 52-gsm to 350-gsm that include covers, envelopes, synthetics, and, long sheets up to 1,300-mm in length. With its media flexibility, this Canon digital press runs at the unprecedented speed of 70 A4-ppm, delivering graphic prints in the industry’s highest resolution of 2,400x2,400-dpi.  

Kumar said that iPR V700, which was installed just a couple of months ago, has been running to produce barely 20,000 sheets per month. He added, “Compact and robust, we are certain that this digital press is a capable machine, so, we gearing up to fully utilise its prowess, aiming to deliver the finest range of applications in enhanced textures and vibrant colours.”
