StockWatch: BSE crosses 20, 000 mark, Jagran Prakarshan's and DB Corp's net sale Rs 893 crore and Rs 921 crore respectively

22 September: After reaching a trough of 8160 points in March 2009, the stock market rallied for a couple of months before it began trading in the range of 15,000-20,000 in 2010. Today's points are 20,001.55, the highest as on date.

Inc. magazine has recently unveiled the list of India's best performing 500 mid-size companies which lists Jagran Prakashan (JP) ranked at 76. Established in 1975, JP's net sale is Rs 893 crore and DB Corporation (DBC) ranked at 99. Established in 1995, DBC's net sale is Rs 921 crore.

The stock watch is mooted with the sole purpose of providing stock market data with respect to players in the Indian print industry.
