The company headquartered in Perambur, Chennai has digital print shop in Perambur and branches in Anna Nagar and Kolathur while the Perambur unit also includes an offset setup.

“In 2017, we bought three colour digital press of another brand and had a bitter experience with them regarding supplies and support. We almost lost out the whole capital and still paid the EMI without using those machines. Due to this costly lesson learnt, we were very conscious of choosing our digital press and evaluated each and every brand available in the market and finally settled with Xerox. The way they executed the order, their logistics, supplies, support, training, meeting their commitment was extraordinary. Apart from this, they offered wonderful training to our operators and enabled us to maintain the quality and ensure timely delivery. Our operators enjoy working with the Xerox Versant 180 and also the Xerox D110 presses,” said Murugan Ranganathan of Square Brothers, who handles administration in the company. His brothers Kumar and Senthil Ranganathan take care of operations.

With a majority of its customers from digital print especially walk-ins, the Ranganathans believe their faith in Xerox will help them overcome challenges in terms of consistent quality of print and timely delivery.

The company specialises in digital printing up to 350gsm, business cards, invitations, brochures, package printing, collaterals, paper inserts, etc.

“Currently we are printing around one lakh sheets per month and will look to double the number with these investments by end of 2019,” said Murugan.

The 30 plus strong organisation is currently equipped with three Xerox Versant 180, four Xerox D110, four Airbed cutting machines, single colour and four colour Komori press, Horizon binding machine, case binders, laminators etc.

“We particularly like the media profiling in the Versant 180 provided by the EFI Fiery and are also looking to invest in an external Fiery to boost production,” said Murugan.

“We will most definitely adding a few more D110s and also encouraged by the response from our customers look to build mobile apps and custom software to take care of MIS and production management,” he concluded.
