Sona calendar highlights the magic with paper

New Delhi-based paper company has created a showcase of modern print and graphic designing in its calendar for 2022. The theme of the 2022 calendar 2022 is ‘Magic with papers’.

The calendar achieves this magic moment with an amalgamation of the world’s best creative fine papers and some of the best creative graphic designers of the country.

“Paper is magical and its footprint can be seen in almost all aspects of life. This idea was interpreted by twelve creative designers. They showcased through this calendar what magic can truly mean when fine paper and creativity are married together,” Raju Suneja, marketing director, Sona, said.

Sona has been known to create an annual creative collaborative calendar every year. This year, the company has done it with twelve renowned creative design houses/graphic designers from across the country.

For each month, the pages of the calendar have been designed by different graphic designers with different interpretations on the theme, ‘Magic with papers’. Each leaf of the calendar is printed on different papers from the Sona basket. These include Gruppo Cordenons, Italy; Arjowiggins, UK; Arctic Paper, Sweden; Neenah Paper, USA; Hansol Paper, South Korea; and Lenzing Papier, Austria.

The calendar also showcases the various print and post-print applications suited for various papers through its design concept.

“Sona Papers have always gone above and beyond the business of selling papers and have always considered the graphic designing and print industries in their core. The Sona Papers Calendar 2022 is another milestone in this direction," Raju Suneja, director - Marketing at Sona Papers, said.
