Prem Vishwakarma, managing director of Robus India, said, “Our participation in every edition of China Print gives us an immense opportunity to invite our valued Indian clients to the expo, have meaningful discussions with them and demonstrate them the latest technological advancements.”
He added, “This year, we had a positive experience at China Print 2025 where three of our OEM partners showcased some groundbreaking machines that eventually allowed us to connect meaningfully with our existing clients as well as new prospects.”
Dayuan, one of the three OEM partners of Robus India and a leading manufacturer of die-cutting machines, exhibited a line of patented models. “Cutting-edge Dayuan machines on display at China Print 2025 gave our visiting Indian clients an unprecedented opportunity to understand and explore the advanced technologies that we usually discuss with them but often faced difficulty to fully gasp it without a live demonstration,” Vishwakarma said.
On other side, in the YCIA section, which is Robus India’s second OEM partner for folder-gluer machines at China Print 2025, there was an impressive showcase of Braille machine with Standard Marburg Medium. “Trade visitors from Europe who are already users of Braille machines visited our stall and were impressed with the YCIA technology,” Vishwakarma said, adding, “As per their feedbacks, YCIA Braille machine delivers the same quality which leading European brands do. A key highlight was our one-touch setting feature in the machine that significantly reduces job setup time as it does in typical memory systems.”
Robus India’s third OEM partner at China Print 2025, XinXing also made a strong impression with its line of highly standard Film Lamination Machines. “Already established in the Indian market, XinXing launched a 120-m patented high-speed laminator at the expo. Also demonstrated by XinXing were its peel-off technology and fully servo-controlled machines which many existing customers enjoyed the latest patented innovations first hand. Even some placed orders of the newly introduced models,” Vishwakarma said.
He added that China Print 2025 served as a powerful platform for Robus India to showcase the patented technologies, engaging closely with their Indian customers, provide them the hands-on experiences to explore the machines in greater depth. “Exciting above all else is that we sold a handful of machines during the show — an excellence series automatic die-cutting machine; three units of performance series automatic die-cutting to different clients; a folder-gluer 1200 PC and PCW; and two film lamination machines,” Vishwakarma said.
Vishwakarma states that the overall expectations the company had from China Print 2025 were slightly different. He said, “It was because of the recent India-Pakistan tension that eventually hampered the movement of trade visitors from India. However, our team was consistently engaged with those who turned up and in an overall manner the show proved to be productive.”
