Pune’s Vinod Printers buys Canon

According to the company, it evaluated different brands of production printers for the expansion of its printing segment but found that there was no match to the capabilities of Canon ImagePress V700. 

“The proactive responses, commitment, and customer-friendly approach by the sales team convinced us to invest in Canon. Truly, Canon is an ethical and committed company in this space,” a company spokesperson said.

Established in 1983, Vinod Printers specialises in sticker printing, brochures, leaflets, and wedding cards.

“It is the second generation who is taking over the business now. So, we look forward to adding more technically sound and productive machines with Canon ImagePress while we expand our business boundaries,” the spokesperson added.

Perfect for light-volume production, the ImagePress V700 series produces monthly print volumes of up to 500,000 A4 pages and can print up to 70 A4 pages/minute. It delivers superb versatility by incorporating the latest technology that adjusts the suction force before fixing according to different paper weights, stabilising the transport of thick paper.
