“As the only major event down south, Printexpo has become imperative for our organisation to participate in. It is a good time to meet our existing customers and friends from the region and also create new ones” said Kartik Iyer of Proteck.

“We have added several new sizes to our cutting machine range for convenience and overall they have been well received and we are displaying the XC115D this time” he added.

The company also has added some unique sizes through their 78, 92 and 132 series.

The company made a good start to the exhibition with an early sale of Horizon CRF 362 crease folder and Horizon PJ 100 jogger to Coimbatore-based Glo Color Labs.

“The client who has the state-of-the-art HP 10000 is adding these equipment to compliment and support the specific production machine” said Iyer.

The Horizon CRF 362 is an easy to operate, integrated creasing and folding machine with a simple touch panel based operation.

“Every year at PrintExpo our aim was to capitalise on the digital focus that the exhibition generally had with the various finishing solutions in our portfolio. The cutting machine was added to our strategy for the show since last year,” said Iyer.
