PrintPack: Line O Matic announces PrintPack plans with Nova RB104 launch

Line O Matic, the Indian manufacturer for exercise book machine launched its fully automatic Nova RB 104 exercise book machine. The stall was inaugurated by A K Chowdhury, manager operations at ITC.

Mukesh Sonani, marketing manager, said: "We monopolise the Indian market in terms of exercise book machinery. The machine launch comes in lieu of expanding our base of the existing 1200 installations worldwide."

A live demo of Nova RB104 can be seen at the Line O Mactic stall (hall 11 / stand 6B). It has shaft less and hydraulic lifting reel unwinding stand, ruling or flexo printing tower, cross cutting unit, sheet overlapping unit, sheet counting and collating unit, one inserter for pre-printed index sheet and one inserter for pre-printed title covers, wire stitching unit, folding unit, square back pressing unit, front cutting unit, book separating cutting unit, book delivery table, waste removal system, centralised auto lubrication system and centralised control panel (PLC) with all electrical motors and standard accessories.

The Nova series will be available in paper reel width of 91cm and 104cm rated to the speed of 250 meters per minutes.

An ISO 9001:2008 certified company, Line O Matic manufactures fully automatic exercise book machine, automatic reel to sheet ruling machines, automatic counting and folding machines, A4 / A3 cut size sheeters with automatic ream wrapping, folio size sheeters and other exercise books making machines some of which will be on display at its stall.
