PrintPack 2019: TCPL buys dry lamination machine, flute laminator from Zhongke
Packaging giant TCPL has invested in the Yongshun YS SR 108 automatic high speed dry lamination machine with hot knife cutter and a fully automatic high speed Tokyo Wenhong flute laminator from Zhongke India.

Three flute laminators sold to TCPL, Replika and PackMaax India on Day One of the show
Both the machines will be installed in the company’s newly established plant in Goa.
Ajay Shelkar, AGM, mechanical, TCPL Packaging, said, “Those machines produce with accuracy at the high speed of 10,000-sheets an hour.
About the Goa plant, Shelkar said that it will be a complete print production plant. Some installations have been done and some are under process. We will be producing around 900-tonnes of printed material per month from the plant. This will include kraft paper, printing paper and packaging board.
Rohit Rajpal, CEO, Zhongke India, said, “We have sold three flute laminators on the first day of exhibition to TCPL Packaging, Replika Press and PackMaax India. The number of installations of our lamination machine is more than 50 now.”
