PrintPack 2019: Boxtech showcases high-speed folder-gluers

“We are excited that visitors are checking-out our 250-m/min folder-gluer which has the unique feature of a dedicated pre-folding for lock bottom part of the setup,” said Ajay Nayak, general manager of Boxtech.

The company, which is nearing the 500 installations mark (486 as on date) had a fruitful 2018 with more than 20 installations. It aims to better it in 2019 with at least 30 installations.

Speaking about what is it about Boxtech that appeals to their customers, Nayak said, “It definitely has to be our after-sale support. Bengaluru is a highly competitive market for folder-gluers, but we are able to consistently outperform most of our competition purely due to our service post-sales.”

It is the only show in India that has full coverage of pre-press, press and post-press solutions for printing and packaging,” said Nayak who has been part of Boxtech's all five participation thusfar.

“This is an opportunity to create awareness about the products we have and let the potential customer experience its capabilities. Also, it allows them to differentiate and real-time see our superiority to other similar products in the market,” he concluded.
