PrintPack 2019: Artize to exhibit an array tooling solutions

Mukul Luthra of Artize said, “Since the last PrintPack, we have added more products to our portfolio, which we intend to showcase at PrintPack 2019.” 

At the stall, Artize will have engraved steel counter plate which ensures zero makeready time for creasing and has a consistent quality increasing right from the first sheet till the last sheet, said Luthra. He added, “The counter plate seems like a big initial investment but it turns out to be beneficial in terms of time saved, money saved, and quality achieved.”

Besides this, Artize will focus on embossing blocks with aluminium support.

Luthra explained, “It compensates the compression of wood after certain impressions and avoids die to get uneven for cutting, creasing and embossing pressure. This ensures better productivity, the life of die and quality in production, plus it saves time spent on achieving correct pressures for embossing and punching.”

Artize also makes blocks for foiling and embossing in a single pass.

It will also showcase the alloy sandwich dies, which can be used for long-run and repeat jobs. “These dies are not affected by humidity, even if the die remains in the machine for a couple of weeks. The USP of such a dies it that it can undergo re-knifing for more than 25 times.”
