Photopark updates its portfolio with PixelGlow Lumina
A prominent digital printing company based in Kochi, Kerala-based Photopark recently invested in a PixelGlow Lumina digital UV embellishment system. The machine was supplied and installed by Monotech Systems.

Louis Francis, managing director of Photopark, said, “This print enhancement machine, which is Made in India by Monotech Systems, is an amazing piece.”
He added, “It has been just a matter of three months or so since we installed and started running this PixelGlow Lumina in our production setup. We are now in a very first phase of testing the full capabilities of this UV embellishment machine. So far, what we come to know about this UV print embellishment machine is that it boasts advanced features and capabilities. After all, it is comparatively a very cost-efficient machine of its kind available in the Indian market.”
Flexibly capable to take in maximum paper size up to 14x20-inch for larger and more dynamic prints, PixelGlow Lumina embellishes graphic prints in crystal-clear resolution of 600x600-dpi for unmatched graphic textures and details. When it comes to productivity and the machine’s flexibility with substrates, this UV print embellishment system can deliver 60sph which eventually keeps up with Photopark’s fast-paced production. It handles varied media ranging from 130- up to 600-gsm.
Since its inception in 2012, Photopark has been a treasure trove of premium quality photos. The company’s production facility is equipped with the most advanced and versatile range of machines such as two HP Indigo 7K Presses, Canon DreamLabo 5000, Scodix, and a couple of Monotech Pixeljet digital large-format printers and others.
Francis said the company never remains inactive when it comes to investing in the latest machines or technologies which are aligned with the ongoing trends to redefine new applications in the market. That’s one of the reasons why they have recently added the PixelGlow Lumina to their line of print enhancement machines.
