Pearl Polymers announces leadership transition

The board elevated Udit Seth as the new chairman and managing director of the company for three years from 16 August 2021. However, Chand Seth will continue to contribute and advise the company as chairman emeritus.  

The company has bagged a range of accolades such as WorldStar and AsiaStar awards under the leadership of Chand Seth. He has also received a Lifetime Achievement Award (LTA) for his contributions to the PET packaging sector in India.

Udit Seth has been associated with Pearl Polymers since 2006. His former roles include vice president sales and marketing, executive director and additional director.

Meanwhile, Amit Seth has been appointed as the whole-time director of the company for three years. He has been associated with the company since 1993. He has also held roles as executive director and was formerly an additional director at the company.
