The first was the Duplo DDC 810 foil UV machine, which Ma Prints finalised on the first day at the TechNova Imaging Systems stand.

According to Guru Prasad, partner at Ma Prints, the Fresta machine will give his company an edge in the market because of its automatic robotic features and finishing. “The exact placement of the board will ensure we produce high-quality boxes with unprecedented efficiency and precision. It would allow us to consistently provide high-quality boxes that satisfy the most stringent industry standards.”

Charan Sabharwal, director at Fresta and Standard Mechanical Works, said that the Fresta rigid box-making kit contains a variety of machines that allow it to make rigid boxes in a variety of shapes and sizes. “It contains, among other components, a rigid box grooving machine, synchronised four-corner taping, robotic positioning and glueing machine, and wrapping machines. An automated folder-box-making kit and the gold embellishment complete the kit.” Sabharwal added, “The Fresta machines are simple to use and maintain, and they significantly decrease setup times and material waste.”

During his time at the Fresta stand, Prasad was impressed by the team's approach and the advice given by the company and its Bengaluru representative, Ambica Machineries. “The two teams ensured we selected the best machine components for our requirements. The team also promised to provide thorough training on how to use them effectively.”

Prasad said, “We are sure that our investment in the rigid box and folder box-making kit will pay off in the long run and help us maintain our leadership position in the printing and packaging industry.”
