Singhvi Prints has installed a Blue Plus from Bindwell to support its raft of Konica Minolta AccurioPress digital presses. Aditya Singhvi told PrintWeek: "The Blue Plus from Bindwel has empowered me to deliver my book jobs with quality in time. I am extremely happy with the robustness of the machine as well as the prompt service support from the Bindwel service team."
Singhvi Prints operates out of 3,200 sq/ft facility and boasts of an AccurioPress C12000 in colour, one 1100 Pro and AccurioPress 6120 in Monochrome. The post-press department at Singhvi houses a Blue Plus, a sheet label cutter from Ashwini Enterprises, and a centre-pinning machine and a guillotine cutter.
The company which caters to local coaching centres in Jodhpur also provides packaging for Amazon products during a single shift from 9 am to 9 pm. Aditya Singhvi and his team of ten believe in "creating paper print-related products with customisation which is delivered in time."
Singhvi told PrintWeek that prior to purchasing a Bindwel machine, the firm faced a challenge of completing book jobs in time as they were outsourced. Also, he said, it was costly if the number of printed books were less. Plus he added, "The challenge was of confidentiality and lack of complete control of printed book jobs."
That's when Singhvi chose a Bindwel. Mainly it was for "quality, price, features, and the availability of local service." Singhvi added, "Today our post-press binding control has increased. Also customised jobs are completed on time." Plus there is "faster delivery and the quality of binding has improved with minimal wastage."
One of the things Singhvi alluded to is how "the spine preparation improves the quality of binding."
That's how team Singhvi Prints completed the print production of a magazine called: Glimpses of Anaesthesia History. Singhvi said, "Only ten books and there was a unique challenge of binding laminated art card pages which the Blue Plus could bind.". The entire job was completed and delivered within 24 hours.
Fully personalised and delivered right on time, Aditya Singhvi and his team are setting a new standard for standout customer communication.
