Karnal, Haryana-based Jawa Printers has recently invested in a brand-new Komori Enthrone E429.
Founded by Gauri Shankar in 1989, Jawa Printers has been in business of commercial printing, working predominantly for clients from the agro-chemical industry. The company’s team of 25 skilled staff operate a fleet of best-in-class presses, including the Enthrone E429 and a string of post-press equipment.
Shankar is joined by his brother Jugal Kishore in the business.
Shankar said, “It had been our firm decision to invest in a brand-new Komori press. Previously, we tied up with partners based in Delhi-NCR whose facilities are equipped with the latest Komori models.”
He added, “There was a turning point that turned out to be a cherished moment for us. One fine day in 2015, as part of our routine job of outsourcing some prints to our printing partners in Delhi and NCR, we flagged off a truckload of glossy papers for printing multi-colour calendars at a partner’s production facility in the capital city. Do you know what happened? On the very next day, the truck which we sent to Delhi returned, loaded with the colourfully printed calendars. With surprise and excitement, we checked the end-products which were perfectly printed and produced on a Komori machine. It was the day our trust in the brand Komori was tested and we rolled up our sleeves to install the Enthrone E429.”
Engineered to operate at the speed of 13,000-sph, Enthrone E429 delivers prints in sizes up to 20x29-inch. It is equipped with Komori PQC (print quality control), station PCC with CIP3 connexion, PDM-II (PQC data manager-II), AMR (automatic makeready), S-APC (semi-automatic plate mounting), and countless advanced features that make the machine an epitome of high-quality printing and productivity, compatibly on wide varieties of sheets of different thicknesses for short-run and diverse work mixes.
