Ideal Perforators books fiber laser cutting machine

Vasai-based specialist in perforation, Ideal Perforators and Fabricators, booked an order for fiber laser 1530 cutting machine powered with IPG source from Global 5 Technologiess.

Paras Panchal, owner, Ideal Perforators and Fabricators, said, “The IPG source is a reliable solution, which will help in boosting our production and also provide ease in designing activities. The machine is cost-effective and satisfies our quality requirements.”

The machine boasts of a speed of 30 m/min. Since its introduction in 2018, the Pune-based company has sold close to six fiber laser cutting machines across the country. The most recent machine was installed at Prabhat Signs, Pune.

Amruta Sadale, digital marketing executive, Global 5 Technologiess, said, “The machine comprises a dual ball screw used for transmission, along with a driven nut that ensures perfect cutting quality, faster cutting speed and lower cutting cost along with low maintenance cost. It also consists of a flexible protective cover that protects the ball screw and the guide rail from damage.”

The fiber laser is designed to cut metals such as stainless steel, brass and copper, among others. It comprises of a WSX cutting head with an automatic tracking system and a CypCut professional laser cutting control system.

In addition to the fiber laser, the other machines on display at the show included a CNC router machine, Co2 laser cutting and engraving machine, and a channel letter bender. Sadale mentioned that its fiber lasers belong to the company’s premium offerings. While, they also offer economic and entry-level solutions in CNC router and Co2 laser cutting kits. The company has sold close to 25 CNC routers in India.
