HP’s Dscoop community in India meet in Bengaluru to explore AI, digital transformation, and smarter growth

Dscoop India will host its community-led Bangalore meet titled Scaling Smart, an HP customer-only gathering that brings together print and packaging leaders for two days of learning and collaboration on 7-8 November 2025 at The Chancery Hotel on Lavelle Road in Bengaluru. The programme examines how artificial intelligence, digital production and policy support are reshaping growth models for MSMEs and startups in commercial print, packaging and photo segments.
Sessions will track the shift from analogue workflows to intelligent, data-led operations. Demonstrations will show how AI supports creative teams through automated embellishment selection, image correction and rapid template creation. Speakers will unpack incentives and frameworks that influence investment decisions, with a focus on building capacity, improving margins and accelerating time to market.
Rashmi Sharma, community success manager for South Asia at Dscoop, says the meet is about action as much as ideas. “Scaling Smart is built by the community and for the community. Our aim is to move beyond theory and show how AI, digital presses and disciplined processes translate into real productivity gains and stronger profitability,” she says. Sharma adds that the format prioritises practical exchange. “Expect candid roundtables, real numbers and takeaways that teams can apply the next morning.”
Peer learning will anchor the agenda through discussions on manpower planning, value-based selling and digital marketing. The organiser says the goal is to help owners move from transactional work to solution-oriented offerings that command better pricing and stickier customer relationships. The event will also showcase emerging applications that link short-run economics with premium print, personalisation and faster prototyping for brands.
Delegates will visit two Bengaluru facilities for on-floor immersion. Spectal Pack will present its HP Indigo 25K driven approach to shorter runs and personalised packaging that meets low minimum order quantities without sacrificing consistency. Canvera will open its photobook plant to demonstrate how HP Indigo presses and automated binding systems support mass personalisation at scale while maintaining colour fidelity and delivery discipline.
