DrucknCut solutions address key aspects of productivity, efficiency and quality in corrugated packaging

According to Chandrashekhar Dhote and Kapil Dev of DrucknCut, these solutions address key aspects of productivity, efficiency and quality in corrugated packaging.
“We aim to demonstrate how these machines combine high-speed performance with precision, ease of use and cost efficiency — giving visitors a clear perspective on how DrucknCut can support their growth,” Dhote and Dev said.

They said the corrugators and packaging converters are facing challenges such as rising input costs, faster turnaround demands, skilled manpower shortages and higher quality expectations.

“Our solutions, like high-speed intelligent folder-gluer machines and fully automatic servo-based flute laminators, are designed to directly address these concerns. From reducing dependency on labour, to energy-efficient technologies that lower operating costs and flexible designs that support multiple applications — our portfolio empowers customers to achieve higher productivity while staying competitive in a demanding market,” they said.

Dhote and Dev said the demand for corrugated packaging continues to grow rapidly, driven by eCommerce, FMCG, pharmaceuticals, food & beverages and export markets. “India and its neighbouring countries, where per capita consumption of corrugated packaging is still very low, present immense opportunities and are emerging as global hubs for packaging. We see this demand strengthening further as disposable incomes rise and the need for sustainability and hygiene grows. However, this growth will also push converters to upgrade their operations with more automated and sustainable solutions,” they said.
