Established in 2007, Digi Prints works for a vast customer base at the pan-India level. “What it takes to impress and satisfy our customers from different businesses and walks of life is our team’s commitment and a portfolio of highly capable machines, which we currently run. We have a team of 15 staff members, and very recently, around two months back, we added the iPR V1000 to our machine portfolio, where the iPR V800 was already doing a great job,” Shakil Khan, proprietor of Digi Prints, said.
He added, “We have opted for the bigger iPR V1000 as a second Canon press in our facility to boost overall production volume. As of now, we are producing 50,000 sheets a month using this new Canon press, which we installed in July this year. We did it in a short span of just four months after the installation of iPR V800 to fulfil the increasing requirements of our customers. As the iPR V1000 is now in full function, both the Canon machines in our facility are flawlessly handling digital printing to the finest level for unconditionally producing graphic prints in unique textures and quality.”
According to Khan, whether it’s the iPR V1000 or iPR V800, he has been totally astounded by Canon technology. “After all, workflow software solutions in the iPR V1000 are incredible. Such advanced and added features in the newly arrived Canon digital production press in our facility enable us to boost both productivity and quality in print outputs,” he adds. Advanced hyper RIP workflow in the press minimises idle time and maximises throughput.
With the rapid upgrade of machine portfolio and many other progressive tasks, Digi Prints is now fully geared up to fulfil every bit of demand from its customers, either it is the quality in print outputs or deliveries of finished print products on the strictest deadlines. In this respect, Khan informed that the two Canon digital colour production presses in their facility have changed the game of digital printing. “We look forward to adding more such digital presses in the future,” he concluded.
