When did you decide to join the business?
Before post-graduation.

Where do you learn the tricks of the trade? In an executive education programme or on the job?
The key is to apply the theories in the practical scenario.

What do you prefer: a mentor in the industry or brainstorming with like-aged?
The industry has surfaced and innovation is required. Brainstorming with peers will help us see through ways of using technology and equipment to their optimum.

What technology has made the biggest difference to your business? The best break-through in print technology in the past hundred years.
everything from the Internet to the DTP to the CTP to the advancements on the offset equipment.

If you won Rs 25 crores what would you invest in?
Digital printing technology.

For a working lunch if you met the PM of India, what would you talk to him about?
One, about promoting education and emphasisng skilled labour in the industries. Two, about revising the RBI schemes. Three, ease of doing business or setting up an industry in the country. And lastly, working towards the basics; producing competitive products to enter the world market.

When you see a great piece of print created by your competitor, what is your reaction?
Appreciate. But then go on to analyse what went into producing such a print product.
