When did you decide to join the business?
Back in 2007 almost by accident while trying to get a self-authored book published.

Where do you learn the tricks of the trade? In an executive education programme or on the job?
I had a completely non-printing background. Everything I learned was on the production floor through ground-level interactions.

What technology has made the biggest difference to your business?
We have used internet-based technologies to create an easy user design experience on the front-end and aggregate millions of individual small orders in the back-end. All these technologies are developed in-house.

The most frequently used mantra in your organisation?
JGID – Just Get It Done.

For a working lunch if you met the PM of India, what would you talk to him about?
Ways to encourage more entrepreneurship in our county – we need a new wave of leaders if we have to realise our dream of becoming a superpower.

3 am print consultant?
Anyone with the ability to focus less on the problem and more on the possible solutions.

One person who impressed you with wisdom. Why?
My three-month old daughter. She is quite strategic in how she wants to draw attention!

What’s the first thing you do on entering the office?
Hah – Coffee!

When you see a great piece of print created by your competitor, what is your reaction?
Love it! It will tremendously help the entire industry if all of us individually keep raising the bar.

If you were NOT in this industry, you would...
Probably be making movies.
