When did you decide to join the business?
I started the business in 2007 and learnt it all on the job.

What technology has made the biggest difference to your business? The best break-through in print technology in the past hundred years.
The biggest difference to our business has been made through the website and Web2Print module.  And the best breakthrough technology in 100 years is digital printing.

The most frequently used mantra in your organisation? Your motto in life?
The organisation mantra: If customer has not complained then job done is good; if he says something good then job done is really spectacular.
My Motto: Iterate, iterate and perfect

If you won Rs 25 crores what would you invest in? Why?
Buy a property for our back-end operations.

For a working lunch if you met the PM of India, what would you talk to him about?
Red-tapism, bureaucracy, arcane laws and how we can simplify doing business in India and attract youngsters.

One person who impressed you with wisdom. Why?
Faheem Agboatwala for his attention to minute details and in-depth technical prowess and Vikram Vora (my dentist), for his speed and dexterity at executing the opening of multiple dental clinics.

What’s the first thing you do on entering the office?
Check things that have been left on my table.

When you see a great piece of print created by your competitor, what is your reaction?
That’s bloody awesome. How much is the gsm?
