When did you decide to join the business?
During college. Hence, after completing my MBA, I went to Germany to learn about printing.

What is your greatest print / business achievement to date?
Calibrating all my machines with a proofer; without the assistance of any consultants /suppliers.

What technology has made the biggest difference to your business?
Alcolor dampening and UV printing.

What do you prefer: a mentor in the industry or brain storming with like-aged?
More the merrier! Brainstorming...

The most frequently used mantra in your organisation?
Yes, we can do it.

For a working lunch if you met the PM of India, what would you talk to him about?
I would be more interested in knowing the areas where he would be concentrating. It would give me an insight as to which industry will be doing well. I can then concentrate there.

One person who impressed you with wisdom. Why?
A lot of them from different fields but generally it is my dad. He taught me the difference between knowledge and wisdom and that has made a big difference.

When you see a great piece of print created by your competitor, what is your reaction?
Wow! Can I do it? How can I do it? Can I sustain it and sell it? Why didn’t this occur to me before?
