Himanshu takes pride in digital printing. He says digital technology has brought print to the common man. His proud possessions include a 27-inch iMac. After his graduation in 2004, Himanshu stepped up to fill his father, M N Pandey’s shoes.

What is your greatest print / business achievement to date?
Becoming a second supplier in the chain for an international client, and giving our company a parallel field to play and explore.

What do you prefer: a mentor in the industry or brain storming with like-aged?
Brain storming with like-aged will be the priority but at some points in time, a mentor is needed for guidance.

The most frequently used mantra in your organisation? Your motto in life?
We do the work which our competitors can’t do. My motto is to be recognised by competitors as a friend for help in difficult situations rather than a competitor.

If you won Rs 25 crores what would you invest in? Why?
In automation of processes, followed by my company.

For a working lunch if you met the PM of India, what would you talk to him about?
Helping in empowering the youth of India with facilities which can give them a hands-on on the latest in  technology and an opportunity to explore.

What’s the first thing you do on entering the office?
Check emails.

When you see a great piece of print created by your competitor, what is your reaction?
Think about the technology used and aim to do it too!
