This grand event is a culmination of three flagship events from PrintWeek — Power 100 (the annual ranking of the industry's successful players), Forty Under 40 (leaders under 40 doing exemplary work), and Women to Watch (a unique platform that celebrates the women leaders of the industry).
Leaders and Legends is an exclusive gathering that brings together some of the brightest minds from the print, publishing, and packaging industries to celebrate individuals shaping the sector's future.
The event will begin with a welcome address by Kevin Costello. Kevin Costello is the Global Chief Executive of Haymarket Media Group — a role he has held since 2010, bringing with him over thirty years of industry experience across commercial, operational, and strategic leadership.
Under Kevin's leadership, Haymarket has transformed from a UK-based print publisher into an international specialist media, data, and information company — home to more than 80 industry-leading brands and over 1,200 people around the world. He led Haymarket to achieve global B Corp certification in 2025, a landmark commitment to balancing profit with social and environmental purpose.
Kevin also sits on the board of the Professional Publishers Association, having previously served as its chairman. He is a passionate advocate for grassroots education and continues to champion Haymarket's long-term involvement with the Richmond Education and Enterprise Partnership.
This will be followed by a keynote address by Ravinder C Reddy. He is the President of the All India Federation of Master Printers — the apex body that represents and champions the interests of the printing community across our great nation.
Under his leadership, AIFMP has been a tireless advocate for the industry — engaging with policy, pushing for recognition, and building bridges between printers, brands, and government. It is truly an honour to have him keynote this morning.
The goal of the Show & Tell presentation is to showcase the journey of a print product or packaging item that the company has produced. It is designed to celebrate craftsmanship, technology, and creativity while documenting the evolution of print, packaging and publishing in 2026.
The aim of the Women to Watch panel is to celebrate the winners and showcase their journey over the past 12 months, and how they have upped the game. This year's Women To Watch Awards saw participation by 108 women who are keen to carve out a space for themselves. Social media, democratisation of print-packaging technologies, and new attitudes are drawing more women into our industry.
