Women to Watch winners to be announced on 8 August

The highly anticipated third edition of the Women to Watch Awards will announce its winners on Friday, 8 August 2025. The awards, which celebrate and honour women leaders and innovators across the printing and packaging industries, will be announced on LinkedIn. This year's awards are sponsored by industry leaders Bindwel and Siegwerk India, both of whom have emphasised the importance of fostering diversity and inclusion in a traditionally male-dominated field.

Organised by the PrintWeek and WhatPackaging? magazines, the awards this year introduced a new category: the Execution Excellence Award, which recognises a professional who works tirelessly behind the scenes to ensure stability, scalability, and seamless execution. The eligibility period for the nominations ran from 1 January 2024 to 31 December 2024.

The winners’ citations will be published in the August issue of PrintWeek, which promises to be a special edition. This initiative seeks to shine a spotlight on the incredible contributions of women and serve as a catalyst for cultural and structural change within the industry. 

As Bindwel's Pallippuram Sajith noted, the goal is to awaken the industry to the immense potential that lies untapped due to legacy thinking and to encourage more women to pursue careers in engineering and manufacturing.

Siegwerk India's CEO, Manjusha Singh, echoed this sentiment, stating that the awards align perfectly with the company's commitment to empowering women and building a more inclusive future for the industry. By highlighting these role models, the awards aim to inspire a new generation of women leaders, fostering more inclusive and welcoming workplaces.
