Organised by the All India Federation of Master Printers (AIFMP) in association with ReEnvision Events Private Limited, the initiative aims to strengthen the region’s printing sector, build anticipation for the expo, and encourage dialogue among printers across Tamil Nadu.

The roadshow, supported by the Tamil Nadu Master Printers’ Federation (TMPF) and The Madras Printers & Lithographers’ Association (MPLA), will run from March 25 to April 5, 2026, covering over 30 major printing hubs across the state. Cities on the route include Kanchipuram, Arcot, Vellore, Salem, Coimbatore, Madurai, Sivakasi, Trichy, and Puducherry. Each stop will feature curated interactions, Q&A sessions, and networking opportunities to provide printers with insights into new technologies and market trends.

The campaign will kick off early on 1 March, 2026, at the Coromandal Conclave (Printers’ Day Celebration) organised by The MPLA at Hotel Savera, Chennai, with over 500 printers and industry professionals expected to participate.

The MPLA president Jolly Peter stated, “Bharat Print Expo 2026 and the Tamil Nadu road show are significant initiatives that celebrate the strength and innovation of our industry. With MPLA’s support, these events will foster collaboration and knowledge exchange, highlighting the future of printing and packaging.”

The TMPF president M Senthil Kumar added, “Tamil Nadu has long been a cornerstone of India’s printing industry. This road show is an initiative that takes the vision of Bharat Print Expo 2026 directly to printers across the state.”

Scheduled to take place from 27–29 April, 2026, at the Chennai Trade Centre, Bharat Print Expo 2026 is positioned as South India’s largest exhibition for the printing and packaging converting industries.

Returning for its second edition, the expo will showcase cutting-edge printing technologies, packaging solutions, and global innovations.

The event will also coincide with two national-level events in Chennai, which are the National Awards for Excellence in Print (NAEP) and the AIFMP General Council (GC) Meeting.
