Shreyas Pandya of Sahitya Mudranalaya passes away
Chairman of Sahitya Mudranalaya, Ahmedabad, Shreyas Pandya, is no more. He passed away early morning on 19 December 2023 following a prolonged illness. He was 72.

Pandya, a BCom graduate was also a print professional, having done his diploma in printing technology from GIPT, Mumbai. He joined the family business in 1971, initially assisting his father, Vishnuprasad Pandya, and later helming Sahitya Mudranalaya.
Pandya spent 52 years in the print business, during which time he also was the president of the Gujarat Chamber of Commerce & Industry (2003-04), vice-president of All India Federation of Master Printers, West (1990-91); and president of Ahmedabad Printing Press Association (1987-2003).

As a stalwart of the printing industry, Pandya was felicitated with the Guttenberg Award at the golden jubilee celebration of the All India Federation of Master Printers.
Pandya is survived by his daughter, who lives in Ahmedabad.
