SASG UV Solutions books two Drip Master orders at Pamex

At Pamex 2026, SASG UV Solutions has booked two orders for its Drip Master automated coating system, reinforcing the company’s focus on automation-led finishing solutions.

The Drip Master, showcased at the show, supports UV spot coating, flood coating, HSL coating, soft-touch varnish, and water-based, solvent-based and UV-based coatings. The system offers zero makeready time, operates at speeds of up to 10,000 sheets per hour, and features an automatic sheet stacker.

Also on display were a fully automatic screen printing machine with swing and stop cylinder options, along with rigid box solutions including box-forming machines, automatic lines and tape-corner systems.

According to Anil Saini, managing director, SASG, 2025 was marked by portfolio expansion, including new products for rigid box production and automated screen-printing systems. “Earlier, we were working largely with manual systems. Now, we are focusing more on automation,” he said.

SASG UV Solutions has installations across India, including Kanpur, Varanasi, Gujarat, Bengaluru, Agra, Delhi, Pune, Mumbai, Punjab and Mathura. Saini said enquiries are coming in from across regions, with automation emerging as the key driver as opposed to sustainability. “Labour shortage is a major issue, and automation helps address that,” he added.

Looking ahead to 2026, the company plans to stay focused on packaging and finishing automation, where demand continues to grow through upgradation.
