Ranjith Kadiroo, head of sales, Riso India said, “We have recently installed the machine at a security printing unit in western India.” He also added that Riso India has a strong presence in the educational institute’s segment and therefore feels that the ComColor presses will soon find traction. “Since Riso India is very strong in the market of digital duplicators, we are optimistic that we can leverage our presence in the market to create a wave for these inkjet presses.”

Kadiroo adds that inkjet is the future of printing and that its machine offers heat, water and tamper resistant prints. “These features make these as an ideal machine for the security printing and high volume VDP printing jobs,” he added.

“The machine comes with optional feeder, stacker, sorting, stapling, punching, folding and binding add-on equipment. These options allow the printing unit to decrease their change over and finishing times. The machine reduces power consumption with the introduction of automatic power shut-off. The machine is also Energy Star certified,” he concluded.
