The investment reflects the company's intention to increase capacity, expand beyond its textile-based workload, and boost its position in the packaging and label area. For Rachna Print & Pack, the new press represents continuity in a relationship built on trust and steady performance.

The partnership began nine years ago, when the company purchased its first four-colour press from Wanjie, one of the first installations of its sort in India. That equipment established the foundation for long-term confidence, according to owner Bipinchandra Patel.

"We have nine years of experience with Wanjie." They provided our first four-colour machine, the first of its kind in the country. "When you see a team's progress over time, it's natural to choose them again," Patel said.

Before deciding on the Wanjie Advance 350, the company considered three to four Indian brands. Wanjie, on the other hand, was more dependable and familiar. "We considered other options, but the trust we built with Wanjie over time mattered most," Patel said.

The company used to cater to the textile industry, but the new press expands its reach. Rachna Print & Pack can now accept commercial printing assignments thanks to a six-colour offset setup accompanied by a flexo unit and rotary die-cutting.

"Our work has always been focused on textiles. After we install this machine, we will be able to handle commercial jobs," Patel stated.

The company forecasts a 50 % increase in manufacturing capacity and a significant improvement in print quality. Automated controls will reduce manual labour and ensure consistent output. "We will print under automatic control with no manual reliance," he specified.

The Wanjie Advance 350 combines offset, flexo, die-cutting, and cold foil in a single line, decreasing handling and improving turnaround time. Automated inking, CIP3 integration, and support for different substrates were crucial.

"Wanjie creates automated and computerised machines. "That's exactly what we need," Patel stated.

Rachna Print & Pack also credits Wanjie India's consistent growth as influencing its decision. "We've followed the company's progress closely. "It is natural to choose a partner whose accomplishments you trust," Patel explained.

With decades of experience in printing, Patel believes hybrid and automated systems will shape the industry's future. "There is a strong future in investing in hybrid and automated machines," stated Patel.

For Rachna Print & Pack, purchasing the Wanjie Advance 350 is a step towards increased production, expanded capabilities, and a deeper connection with Wanjie India.
