PrintWeek India Awards 2019 – Catalogues that make the product speak

According to a Smithers Pira market report, most commercial print firms see digital print being 10-15% of their business. Mainly due to the increasing demand for short runs and quicker jobs. These factors have impacted the way the brochure and catalogue jobs are being printed these days.

Noel D’Cunha, managing editor, PrintWeek India, said, “Although high-quality printing is essential, this category will also take into account the high paginations, length of runs, and production constraints often imposed in brochure and catalogue works.”

Four different samples would be assessed by the jury in order to finalise the winner.

Dhote Offset Technokrafts was adjusted the joint winner in the category, along with Silverpoint Press, during the 10th edition of the Awards held in Mumbai last year. Akruti, Archana Advertising, Pragati Offset, Progressive Printing Press, and Ratna Offset were shortlisted in the category.

Pragati Offset clinched the title in 2015 and 2017, whereas Silverpoint Press won the Award in 2016 and 2018 respectively.
