For the ACT II popcorn standup pouch with registered matte, the technical challenge was the use of a registered matte coating. This required creating precise separations for the matte effect to be applied in specific areas, ensuring they aligned perfectly with the underlying graphics. The job length was 1,000-m.

For the rocket-shaped standout pouch, the standout feature was the development of a unique rocket-shaped profile pouch in a stand-up format. The complex shape required the use of special dies for sealing and cutting/punching on a Galaxy machine.

For the ACE Blend 100% recyclable pouch, the defining feature was the client’s specific requirement for a recyclable material with matte finish. The team’s solution was to suggest and apply a matte coating after lamination.

For the Bark Out Loud pet food pouch, the core challenge was providing a one-stop solution for the client, who was transitioning from woven bags to premium pouches. It involved a significant run of 17,500 pouches, encompassing 15 different artworks across four distinct pouch sizes.
