Ardour Pack not only weathered the Covid storm but made a very strong case for packaging in pharma, FMCG and hygiene products. Like many factories round-the-country, they ran their factory as per Covid protocol and government regulations. Like many factories, round-the-country supplies were fast-tracked. Like many factories round-the-country the Ardour team was stretched beyond limits.
Be it supplying capsules for pharma products; supplying self-adhesive labels for hand sanitisers and hand washes. The end result: The Covid crisis pushed Ardour to develop a new vision, encompassing a more thoughtful and more relevant approach to product development and a more empowering and agile customer service culture.
