PrintPack Rajasthan to deepen regional industry engagement

The Indian Printing Packaging and Allied Machinery Manufacturers’ Association (IPAMA) has launched PrintPack Rajasthan, scheduled from 21–23 February 2026 at the Jaipur Exhibition and Convention Centre (JECC). The regional exhibition reflects IPAMA’s strategy to bring organised trade platforms closer to emerging print and packaging clusters.

The event follows PrintPack, held in December 2025, and forms part of IPAMA’s plan to strengthen regional market access, improve technology adoption, and create business opportunities for small and mid-sized players.

Rajasthan has emerged as a major consumption and production hub, supported by growth in textiles, handicrafts, food processing, pharmaceuticals, and manufacturing. This growth has increased demand for advanced printing and packaging solutions, positioning Jaipur as a logical venue for IPAMA’s first regional show.

Organisers expect over 160 exhibitors showcasing printing machinery, packaging equipment, converting solutions, consumables, and allied technologies. The exhibition is projected to attract more than 15,000 trade visitors, including printers, converters, brand owners, and production specialists from Rajasthan and neighbouring states.

IPAMA has positioned the event as a curated trade platform focused on maintaining industry quality benchmarks. The association has previously raised concerns about fragmented trade shows that often fail to generate strong business outcomes.

Jaiveer Singh, president, IPAMA, said the regional expansion is a natural step for the association. “PrintPack Rajasthan marks a new phase in IPAMA’s mission to deliver value-driven exhibitions. Rajasthan’s growing industrial base and strong local association support make it a promising market for technology adoption and business growth,” Singh said.

The Rajasthan Offset Printers’ Association (ROPA) has extended full support to the exhibition. The association sees the event as an opportunity for regional printers to access new technologies, strengthen vendor partnerships, and upgrade capabilities.

Industry observers note that regional exhibitions are gaining importance as companies seek targeted engagement instead of relying solely on national trade events. Suppliers gain access to untapped markets, while printers and converters benefit from lower participation costs and closer access to live technology demonstrations.

PrintPack Rajasthan will highlight developments in digital printing, automation, workflow integration, post-press solutions, and sustainable packaging technologies — key investment areas across the sector.

With sustainability, productivity, and short-run packaging driving industry investment, the exhibition is expected to draw interest from companies looking to modernise operations and stay competitive.
