The industrial air treatment solutions are used to treat polluted air or gases generated during the printing process before it is released into the environment.

Prakash Ganapathi, marketing, Durr India, said, “It is a government norm to treat the toxic air released in the shop floor. Our new technologies, such as thermal oxidisers and regenerative oxidisers for industrial air treatment can cater to those needs.”

Apart from the oxidisers, the company is also showcasing its new technology, fotovens, which operates on electricity rather than fuel, to cater to the growing shift towards sustainable factories.

“Our existing customers have been visiting us during the show, and we are trying to establish new connections in this exhibition,” Ganapathi said.

He also informed PrintWeek about its latest installations at Deshabhimani, in Thrissur and its plans to install a new system for a printer in Kerala.
