PixelGlow turns the imagination of Mudit Printers into reality

PixelGlow is a popular brand designed and developed in India by Monotech Systems. 

Established in 2000 as a brainchild of Arun Toshniwal, Mudit Printers has gained its fame in commercial printing over the years with the capture of big chunks of happy customers that comprise both product manufacturers and retailers around Bhilwara and many other cities and towns of Rajasthan.

Designed accurately and reliably for high-speed UV foiling, PixelGlow allows Mudit Printers & Stationers to offer its customers high-quality prints with tangible dimensions and special 3D effects that stand out amid the crowds and differentiate them from competitors. Capable to deploy both hot and cold foil films on various digitally printed substrates, PixelGlow embellishes graphics up to 330x480-mm, larger than the usual A3 size. It compatibly takes up materials ranging from 135-gsm to 700-gsm with a maximum thickness of 300 microns. 

“So far, the UV enhancements we have done on our printed products using PixelGlow bring excitement to our customers,” said Toshniwal, adding that the machine has triggered the production team of Mudit Printers with a new power of creativity to add speciality colours, coatings, and embellishments on end products which eventually make them uniquely attractive.

The production facility of Mudit Printers & Stationers is equipped with a portfolio of machines comprising digital presses, plotters and others.

“Bhilwara is a textile hub. So, our client list consists of a handful of textile manufacturers for whom we provide garment tags, product catalogues, etc. These manufacturers are excited when we introduce them garment tags and other items embellished on PixelGlow,” said. Toshniwal.
