Abhishek Vyas of Activ Pro Chemicals said the company’s product range includes fountain solutions, press washes, and other plate-care and ink-related chemicals. “We are presenting some special products at Pamex, including a specialised chemical,” he said. The company will showcase Active Uncoat, a UV coating remover for offset printers. This specialised chemical is designed to remove UV-cured graphics without damaging substrates.

The technology delivers higher efficiency and cost savings by optimising foil usage.

It will also showcase middle stripping with all-side stripping on the machine, comparable to blanking for single-cut layouts or partial stripping for double-cut layouts. Key features include micro-adjustment in the cutting chase and makeready plate, as well as front waste removal. The company will also showcase its automatic folder-gluer with inline braille embossing, operating at speeds of 250 m/min. This solution will be launched in India following successful installations in Europe and Brazil. Key exhibits include corona treater systems for extrusion coating, lamination, blown film, and high-speed converting; label flexo corona treaters engineered for narrow-web flexographic printing; atmospheric plasma treaters for advanced surface activation on challenging substrates; and industrial static eliminators and ionising bars for effective neutralisation of static charges in printing, slitting, rewinding, and packaging lines. “Our focus is on improved adhesion, higher surface energy, consistent print quality, and web-handling efficiency through precision-engineered, energy-efficient systems,” Atik Chauhan of Eltech Engineers said.

Prashant Arora, director of Fair Deal Engineers, said the two flagship products to be unveiled are a fully automated screen-printing machine and a digital production printing press, both built for single-pass printing. “Screen printing companies and those engaged in short-run digital printing can benchmark new quality standards across both platforms,” Arora said.

Key highlights include a mobile-first governance platform and the PPC (production planning and control) module, which enables plant owners to manage multi-plant operations with a 360-degree view of business processes. Visitors to the Finsys stand will experience a live shop floor environment, with interactive stations allowing them to scan barcodes using mobile phones and instantly view live reel ageing and finished goods stock reports. The company will also demonstrate machine interfacing, showing how machines communicate with the ERP to report downtime and production speeds in real time.
